Paul Tweed is a keen advocate of ADR and divides his time between the firm’s London, Belfast and Dublin offices, and overseeing his US and international practice. He has attended Law Society CPD and other ADR training events, and has been a consistent advocate of mediation when appearing before the House of Commons Joint Committee on Defamation and several Ministry of Justice Panels. Paul Tweed has been involved in many successful mediations and arbitrations relating to the entertainment business and other commercial disputes.
