London, UK – JAMS International is delighted to announce that David Stewart, formally CEO of Olswang LLP, joined its panel on 18 January 2016, and is now available for appointment as an arbitrator and mediator. Mr Stewart will serve on panels in London, New York and Miami, while principally focused on developing the offshore ADR market in the Caribbean.
After a long career in the UK as a partner with SJ Berwin (now King & Wood Mallesons) and then Olswang LLP, Mr Stewart has significant experience advising on international litigation and arbitration matters. He offers a deep background in alternative dispute resolution, qualifying as a mediator in 1996, and as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2004. Now based in the Caribbean, Mr Stewart is available for appointments internationally in a broad range of commercial disputes, including trusts litigation.
